Sustainable Events Vendor Directory

Whether you are a planner, an organization hosting an event, or a conscious couple dreaming of your wedding day, your events should match your values.

We know it takes a set of creatives and vendors to bring your event vision to life. We’ve connected with and built relationships with eco-ethical vendors and creatives, that support the causes you care most about. We believe that sustainability is a journey and have designed a rating system that honors progress over perfection for ourselves as planners and for all our vendors and small business partners. You can read more about our process below!

Whether you are managing event planning and design, you are an organization that is putting on an event, or you are planning your dream wedding, you deserve vendors that embrace your same values. Explore our directory for vendors that prioritize people, communities, and the planet.

Our review process

As a collective, our work on this directory aims to connect individuals with sustainable and equitable vendors when considering their wedding and event planning needs. Each company is reviewed to ensure it’s aligned with our values and has committed to a pledge of transparency.

  • We focus on two areas of impact: Sustainability and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. The sustainability section asks essential questions about the consumption of energy and water, sourcing of materials, management and consideration of waste, education of staff and community, and company accountability.

The second section, diversity, equity & inclusion, considers the actions a company takes to understand, embrace, support, and accept people across all identities and perspectives; as well as how they measure up around areas of fair compensation and ethical sourcing of materials. If a company hits specific criteria in each area it will receive points, which will be used to determine its sustainable and ethical rating in the directory.

  • We’ve built a model around a rating scale and include values labels (such as Womxn-owned or LGBTQIA-friendly) to honor that sustainability is a process, evolving, and there is always more to do and learn. You can read even more about each company on their feature to dive into all the details of their work and unique offerings.

  • Our vendor questions and scorecard are guided by industry standards set by the Events Industry Council and Sustainable Events Alliance. We model our approach based on research and tools created by the world’s most well-known organizations setting and leading the way for event industry standards.
